Why Our Recipe
This is not just a sweet dessert. Our recipe is almost half oats and ground flaxseed, which are full of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, vitamins, protein and minerals. It can be hard to get these essential nutrients to picky kids, so why not combine them with sweet Nutella if they'll eat it?!

- Old fashioned oats or quick oats
- Ground flaxseed
How To Make Nutella Bites
Our Nutella bites are quick and easy to make following these instructions.
- Use a food processor to grind the old fashioned oats to a fine consistency. It should come close to resembling flour.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, chocolate hazelnut spread, cream cheese and ground flaxseed meal. Mix well with a fork until evenly combined.
- Shape the Nutella cream cheese mixture into balls between 1 and 2 tablespoons in size. Chill in the fridge for an hour or more, until the protein balls are firm.

How To Store
Store no-bake Nutella bites in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week. They can be frozen for up to 6 months.
