Use a food processor to grind the old fashioned oats to a fine consistency. It should come close to resembling flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, chocolate hazelnut spread, cream cheese and ground flaxseed meal. Mix well with a fork until evenly combined.
Shape the Nutella cream cheese mixture into balls between 1 and 2 tablespoons in size. Chill in the fridge for an hour or more, until the protein balls are firm.
Notes
Storing: Store no-bake Nutella bites in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week. They can be frozen for up to 6 months.
