Who doesn't love making fun and easy Halloween treats!? If you have kids then you know Halloween is a very important holiday. A holiday that is supposed to be filled with candy, desserts, and ghoulish party food. One of our favorites is crescent roll mummy hot dogs- you don't want to skip those!

No-Bake Brownie Bat Caves are an easy treat that kids can make and share with their friends to celebrate this spooky day. This recipe uses a no-bake brownie batter without flour or egg, so it's incredibly simple to make. All you need to do is combine the ingredients in a bowl and arrange your brownie bat caves in ice cream cones.

When you're done making these, check out our chocolate zombie cupcakes, candy corn cupcakes, graveyard pudding cups and graveyard brownies.

Ingredients

To make these Halloween brownie stuffed ice cream cones you need:

  • Ground oats: this is used to hold the batter together. Since flour can't be eaten unless it's heat treated or cookies, ground oats is an easier option.
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chocolate chips
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Ice cream cones: I use chocolate, but any ice cream cones are fine.
  • Halloween sprinkles
  • Gummy bats

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine melted butter, white sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined, then add the chocolate chips. Mix well to melt most of the chocolate.
  2. Add the ground oats and cocoa powder. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Roll the brownie batter into 1 inch balls and stuff into the ice cream cones, adding more batter as desired. Decorate with sprinkles and a gummy bat.

How To Store

These are best made and eaten the same day. Keep them at room temperature and covered until you're ready to serve. They will keep at room temperature for up to 3 days. Do not store them in the fridge, as the batter will become hard and difficult to eat.
