- 1 cup red and blue m&m's
- ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes

- In a large mixing bowl, use a whisk to mix the 8 oz cream cheese, ¾ cup white sugar and 2 teaspoon vanilla extract until mostly smooth. Alternatively, use an electric hand or stand mixer and beat on low speed for about 1 minute.
- Add the ¾ cup powdered sugar and continue mixing until smooth and all lumps are gone.
