Coconut Cream Cheese Dip is a sweet creamy dip made with chocolate pieces and topped with sweet coconut shreds! Make in only 10 minutes and serve with salty pretzels or sweet berries.
In a large mixing bowl, use a whisk to mix the 8 oz cream cheese, ¾ cup white sugar and 2 teaspoon vanilla extract until mostly smooth. Alternatively, use an electric hand or stand mixer and beat on low speed for about 1 minute.
Add the ¾ cup powdered sugar and continue mixing until smooth and all lumps are gone.
Fold in the 1 cup red and blue m&m's and ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with additional m&m's and coconut flakes. Serve with your choice of dippers.
