This delicious Cheesecake Milkshake is made with ice cream, cheesecake and milk. It can be made with leftover cheesecake or store bought slices of your favorite variety. This recipe can be made in a traditional blender or a milkshake maker, like the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe (which we have and love!).
While the base recipe is for a plain, vanilla-style cheesecake milkshake, don't be afraid to tweak the recipe. Create a cookies and cream milkshake by using Oreo cheesecake or even Oreo brownies, a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and any other flavor you love. Even use a mint chocolate cheesecake to make minty milkshakes in the winter and pumpkin cheesecake to make pumpkin milkshakes during the fall.

Best Milkshake Toppings
Whipped cream always goes well with milkshakes, as well as sprinkles, maraschino cherries or small berries like raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Chocolate candy pieces like m&m’s and Reese’s pieces are great too. You could add chocolate, strawberry or caramel sauce on top to make the ultimate cheesecake milkshake recipe!
Tips from the Chef
Milkshakes are best enjoyed immediately. If you have extra and want to drink it later but it becomes too runny, add a little more ice cream and blend again for about 5-10 seconds.
