- 40 Oreo cookies
- 2 packages of cream cheese, 16 ounces total
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces Cool Whip

- 8x8 inch baking dish
- Parchment paper
- Large mixing bowl
- Handheld mixer
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Process half of the Oreos in a food processor until they turn into crumbs. Add the unsalted room temperature butter and process again, until the mixture starts to clump. Press the Oreo crust into the parchment-lined baking dish and freeze while making the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream on medium speed using a hand mixer. Mix until there are no lumps, then fold in the cool whip.
- Chop the remaining Oreo cookies. Add half of the chopped Oreos to the cream cheese filling and mix in using a spoon. Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Sprinkle the remaining chopped Oreos on top of the filling.
- Set in freezer for 2 hours, then slice, serve, and enjoy!

Be sure to beat the cream cheese mixture until there are no lumps. Ensuring the cream cheese is soft before will make it easier to mix and prevent clumps.
How To Store
Slice and store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days or in the freezer in a freezer safe storage container for up to 6 months.
