You're going to love these simple & pink Strawberry Brownies! They use cake mix, so you know they are fool-proof, have a strong strawberry flavor, and are fudgy, just like traditional chocolate brownies.
Preheat your oven to 350℉Fahrenheit and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips and butter in a small saucepan on low heat, stir constantly.
Once the white chocolate mixture is melted, pour the cake mix and then the chocolate mixture into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. It may feel a little like play-doh at this point, which is fine.
Transfer the batter to your lined baking dish, smooth out, and bake for about 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until it starts to golden slightly on the edges. Remove from the oven.
While the strawberry brownies cool, make the icing by stirring together the powdered sugar and milk. Pour the icing on top of the brownies and then sprinkle crushed freeze dried strawberries on top. Cut and enjoy!
