This Turkey Burger recipe is absolutely delicious! The turkey patties are made with a blend of flavorful seasonings, are super easy to make and cook, and turn out tender and perfect. They make a great wholesome lunch burger, dinner burger or meal prep option.
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the ground turkey, egg, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper until well combined. Shape the turkey mixture into 5-8 evenly sized circular patties and place evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet. Chill for 20-30 minutes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Store leftover patties in a covered container in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Classic turkey burger. Serve on a whole grain or brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese.
Lettuce wrap. Skip the bun and wrap the burger in iceberg or butter lettuce leaves. Add avocado and a drizzle of spicy mayo or ketchup and tomato.
Mediterranean style. Top with crumbled feta, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce. Serve in pita bread or on a Greek salad.
Turkey burger bowl. Skip the bread altogether. Serve the patty on a bed of mixed greens with roasted cauliflower or sweet potato fries on the side.
