This easy No Cook Pizza Sauce recipe is ready to use in less than 5 minutes! It's delicious, full of Italian herbs and seasonings. It's great for last minute dinners, and for use on pizza, for dipping garlic knots, and more.
In a medium size bowl, mix together tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt and sugar.
Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. When ready to use, approximately 1 cup of pizza sauce is needed per 10 inch pizza.
Notes
Tip 1: Sugar helps to neutralize the acidity of the tomatoes, but it is not absolutely necessary. Before adding the sugar taste the sauce to determine if it's too acidic for you and then add the sugar if desired.Tip 2: Love a spicy sauce? Add a teaspoon or so of red pepper flakes.
