A Ham and Cheese Crescent Sandwich is a fantastic and easy breakfast, brunch, or lunch idea for kids and families. With 2 crescent roll packages, sliced deli ham, and American cheese, you can make 12 baked ham and cheese sandwiches in only 20 minutes! Make it on the weekend and eat for breakfast or lunch all week or enjoy as a holiday breakfast with family.
2crescent dough packages, or croissant dough packages
16slicesAmerican cheese, white or yellow
½lbdeli ham slices
1tablespoonmilk
1tablespooneverything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Lay one package of crescent dough flat without breaking the individual pieces apart. Press the seams together.Layer with 8 pieces of cheese, then sliced ham, then 8 more pieces of cheese.
Place the second crescent dough package on top. Press the ends together to seal the sandwich. Brush with milk and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and slice with a pizza cutter.
Notes
Storing: ham and cheese croissants can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat in the toaster for a few minutes or in the microwave for about 20 seconds. They are freezer-friendly for up to 6 months.
