Homemade Mango Popsicles are made with just 3 healthy ingredients and are gluten-free, delicious and refreshing on a hot summer's day. This mango popsicle recipe can be customized with your favorite fruits, like strawberries, pineapples and peaches too.
Put the mango chunks, yogurt, and honey into the blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth, about 60-90 seconds depending on the strength of your blender. The blended mixture will look thick and creamy but will be pourable.
Pour the fruit and yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Notes
Yield: six 10-ounce popsiclesStoring: Keep homemade popsicles in their mold in the freezer until ready to eat. You can also buy plastic popsicle freezer bags if you'd prefer to store them like this. Using the baggies is great for saving freezer space and if you need to use your mold before you've eaten all the popsicles.Tip: Popsicles can melt quickly on extra hot summer days. Have a bowl and a spoon on standby, to catch any chunks of melting popsicle and enjoy it out of the bowl instead.
