A Banana Peach Smoothie is one of our favorite breakfast, lunch or snack time smoothies. They are simple to make in any blender and make a refreshing and healthy beverage.
Add all ingredients to the blender in the order your blender suggests. If using the Instant Ace Blender, add the milk first, then yogurt, then peaches and bananas.
Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds, or until fruit has been completely blended and is smooth. If using an Instant Ace Blender, choose the "smoothie" option. This will take 90 seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve, with garnish if desired.
Notes
*If using frozen peaches, use ¼ cup more liquid. If using canned peaches, make sure the liquid is fully drained.Make it thinner: use a little more liquid.Make it thicker: use a little less liquid or more fruit. A tablespoon of chia seeds will also thicken it a bit. Use Greek yogurt instead of regular.Non-dairy: use coconut water and dairy-free yogurt.
