Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 pears
  • cup cinnamon sugar, optional
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Cut the pears in half and scoop out a hole in the center of each half, removing the core and seeds. Mix ¼ cup melted butter and ⅛ cup lemon juice in a small bowl. Baste each pear with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon sugar. Fill the center with diced apples.

  • Bake for 35-45 minutes, until pears are easily pricked with a fork. Serve warm.
