Chicken Tenders Parmesan

This easy Chicken Tenders Parmesan and Pasta recipe is hands down one of the quickest kid-friendly dinners you'll come across. This delicious dinner requires only 5 ingredients, is ready to serve in less than 20 minutes and has virtually no preparation!

  • Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Spread ¼ cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking sheet or casserole dish.
  • Place the frozen chicken tenders on top of the marinara sauce. Top chicken with an additional 2 cups of sauce. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top of the sauced chicken.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the chicken reached an internal temperature of 160°F and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley or basil. Serve over pasta (see below).
  • Optional: While chicken parmesan bakes, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Mix the cooked pasta with 2 cups of sauce and serve with the chicken.

Notes

Chicken: Any type of fully cooked, breaded frozen chicken works great for this recipe. Frozen chicken nuggets, chicken patties, tenderloins, crispy chicken strips, etc. can be used to make this easy chicken tenders parmesan. 
Storing: Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
