Easy Garlic Knots

These easy Garlic Knots are an irresistible crowd pleaser. Made with pizza dough, they are baked until golden brown and then brushed with a delicious garlic butter parmesan sauce.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (or temperature on pizza dough package) and lightly grease a baking sheet with butter or olive oil.
  • Roll out pizza dough and cut into 12 pieces. Roll pieces into tube shapes, then tie into knots. Put garlic knots on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in salt and parsley. Baste each cooked garlic knot generously with the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
