These easy Garlic Knots are an irresistible crowd pleaser. Made with pizza dough, they are baked until golden brown and then brushed with a delicious garlic butter parmesan sauce.
Preheat oven to 375°F (or temperature on pizza dough package) and lightly grease a baking sheet with butter or olive oil.
Roll out pizza dough and cut into 12 pieces. Roll pieces into tube shapes, then tie into knots. Put garlic knots on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
While baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in salt and parsley. Baste each cooked garlic knot generously with the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve with pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.
