A Mango Pineapple Smoothie makes a quick and healthy breakfast, lunch or snack. This recipe is full of fruit and just 4 healthy ingredients. Make it dairy-free and vegan too!
1½cupsmango, fresh or frozen, peeled and cut into pieces
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender in the order your blender suggests. If using the Instant Ace Blender, add the milk first, then yogurt, then pineapple and mango.
Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds, or until fruit has been completely blended and is smooth. If using an Instant Ace Blender, choose the "smoothie" option. This will take 90 seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve, with garnish if desired.
Notes
Make it thinner: use a little more liquid.Make it thicker: use a little less liquid or more fruit. A tablespoon of chia seeds will also thicken it a bit. Use Greek yogurt instead of regular.Non-dairy: use coconut water or dairy-free milk and dairy-free yogurt.
