No Bake Brownie Bite Bat Caves

Turn No Bake Brownie Bites into an even sweeter treat by stuffing them into ice cream cones and decorating with gummy bats to make creepy bat caves for Halloween ! This is an easy Halloween treat to make with your kids.

  • In a large bowl combine melted butter, white sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined, then add the chocolate chips. Mix well to melt most of the chocolate.
  • Add the ground oats and cocoa powder. Mix until thoroughly combined
  • Roll the brownie batter into 1 inch balls and stuff into the ice cream cones, adding more batter as desired. Decorate with sprinkles and a gummy bat.

Notes

Storing: these are best made and eaten the same day. Keep them at room temperature and covered until you're ready to serve. They will keep at room temperature for up to 3 days. Do not store them in the fridge, as the batter will become hard and difficult to eat.
